British Airways is one of the world’s leading airlines and is part of International Airlines Group. We have been flying to Japan for more than 60 years. By operating from two airports in Tokyo (Narita and Haneda), we are able to provide our customers with greater choice and flexibility. We have a joint business agreement (JB) with Japan Airlines (JAL) and it provides customers with a greater choice of flights and better links between Japan and Europe.

Japan Airlines (JAL) has launched a new direct morning flight between London and Tokyo operated by Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner. With the addition of the new daily nonstop service, JAL operates a total of four flights daily to and from Japan together with its partner airline British Airways (BA).
The new flight enhances choice for travellers to Japan, as both outbound and inbound flights offer completely different departure and arrival timings to those of JAL’s current services between the two countries.
